I wanted to deal with these questions, actually, only again in a few weeks more intensely, however, the first Spamer has already caught up me.
The first measure concerning this, one can seize in the Wordpress himself.

wordpress Plugins - Akismet, SpamKarma and the Plugin with the math duties I have not tested meanwhile yet. I would not like to fall back on the Captcha solution, however, also any more, because this solution also gets on the nerves of me with other Blogs and web pages meanwhile severely.
